fabric: Print 5$ a yard, used 5 yards. Lining 2$ a yard used 4 yards.(purchsed using a gift card from jhoanns)
Shoes: gift from target 23$ (i think)
Stockings: 10$ from target.
Yo can also get a lot of nice tights and socks at Primark. I only know the german prices but they have lacy tights and ankle socks like I wear in this picture
for 3€ (~3,70$) and for 2€ (~2,50$) (in the sale you might get them for 1€ (~1,25$) as well!)
For ankle socks I also suggest the H&M children’s section, they sometimes have them there in white and pink (as a set) for 2,95€
